DESCRIPTION:For those interested in learning some safer grappling moves for play fighting\, the Felwinters are eager to share their combined decade of martial arts experience with the community. \nAttendants don’t need any prior knowledge\, just come in cozy and easy to move in clothes and a playful attitude. The workshop will be focusing on safety through recognizing holds and chokes and learning how to apply them correctly or avoid them altogether.
