SUMMARY:Touch Me Hold Me Let Me Go
DESCRIPTION:This workshop explores breath\, impulse\, voice and movement through a somatic algorithm called Touch Me Hold Me Let Me Go\, developed by Lee Su-Feh from years of research and practice as a choreographer and teacher of voice and movement.   \nTouch Me Hold Me Let Me Go helps you speak and move from a place of support and ease. It is a tool to practice making requests and stating boundaries from an embodied place. Participants can expect to roll around on and off the floor; tune in to their breath and voice; and explore consent and permission around touch. Embedded in the work is ongoing attention to pain and injury\, as well as permission to rest. Pleasure and care will be our compass in this work.
