In this session, we slow things down and build the skills to help you become confident, capable rope players. You’ll refine your techniques, explore simple patterns with more intention, and start working with connection, communication. We offer a mix of hands-on guidance, practical exercises, and space to ask the questions that don’t quite fit into an intro class.
