About This Event

Aftercare as a concept is so obvious to many in the kink world that it is hardly ever questioned. People discuss what is a good aftercare practice and what is not but whether aftercare itself is questionable doesn’t seem to hit the conversation. Why is that and can we actually question the concept itself without a predetermined answer?

Controversies is a semi-regular event at Studio Allegory, aimed at openly discussing concepts and approaches in kink, intimacy, and sexuality. We invite members of the community to participate, share, learn, and above all dismantle biases.
The event starts with an intro circle, followed by two brief introductory lectures arguing for and against the suggested topic. After that, we open up for a hopefully lively discussion.
